|
long beach stars above seem out of reach
for the beauty my hand to grasp the sand
beneath my feet grains of life sift through
my hands time stands still my eyes
fixed gaze on the sea moon shimmers
stars glimmer on the waves as they
wash my sins away wind tells me
this is natures way seen my kind
before walked this shore footprints
washed away for tomorrow another
walks this shore i shall be no more
As a grain of sand now time
sends me down the shoreline
