Kid Rock at his most recent arrest
there is no money in poetry,
no honour in demise
insights are elusive and
only few are wise
life is bound to kill you
and happiness is rare,
just thank the stars
God made guitars
and you’ve kept
most of your hair.

sometime ago i stumbled on this poem i wanted to comment on it but i couldn't, i can't remember why now, but since then every now and then i take some time to look for this poem.
you are a pleasant poet i must tell you saddening as this poem is you introduced strokes of humor in it and it is these strokes that brought the poem to live.
i must say it is funny how live leads us or fate, so to say.
you brightened by day, thanks |
