They tell "We don't change
The friends for the boobs"
They always treat us
How it will take in head
Got guided not by what's in the head,
But what's in their pants.
They consider themselves as angels,
With crystal-clear conscience,
Though it's cut off
With an umbilical cord.
So here's what I say, girls.
They got cars, we got swagga,
They think they hook us,
And we cheat them,
God has added to guys in the pants,
But has forgotten to add in a head,
So I think the answer is obvious,
Clothes over bro's,
But only what'd we do without 'em?
Cute divos and paper thugs
How to find the prince in this fable?
So she sits alone across the bar,
Starrin' right at her pray
And if it goes well
She's gonna get her way.
But the destiny-villain returns a shoe
To the next Cinderella,
And the prince will grant all desires.
And clears out in a silent way.
They got cars, we got swagga,
They think they hook us,
And we cheat them,
God has added to guys in the pants,
But has forgotten to add in a head,
So I think the answer is obvious,
Clothes over bro's,
But only what'd we do without 'em?
It's a twist of fate,
But there's such is a reality,
Just like the real men have died out
Together with dinosaurs.
All that's left is to be content
By what we had.
Who knows, maybe one of these frogs
Will turn to the prince someday?
They got cars, we got swagga,
They think they hook us,
And we cheat them,
God has added to guys in the pants,
But has forgotten to add in a head,
So I think the answer is obvious,
Clothes over bro's,
But only what'd we do without 'em?
Clothes over bro's,
But only what'd we do without 'em?

Do you watch one tree hill? Interesting sarcastic poem, i find it ironic that the girl would take something materialistic over something more or less real in a human form. From the guy's perspective "bros over hoes" they at least get friendship. It would be clever and equally funny if you made a similar poem from the guy's point of view (bros over hoes). |
