~The mystery of being a poet~

Verse is a mystery to many today,
its pretty simple just let your words play.~

Write down your feelings let your fingers flow,
makes know difference if your young or old.~

Rhythm and rhyme are just words you say,
you can bust them out on any day.~

Some say that poetry is dead,
others let words out from within there head.~

Poetic words flow out from everyday,
listen to all the words that people say.~

Think about what you will say,
write it down before your words decay.~

Everyone has read a simple verse,
with out us poets there be no muse.~

So spit out a verse a day,
it really makes not a difference what you say.~

Dig back and check what the masters said,
all there words fell out there heads.~

A simple verse will turn into two,
your addiction will rise and consume in you.~

A simple verse or even epic verse to,
become a poet your words will break through.~
