Wanting and Waiting

Contributed by ingeniusidiot on Monday, 18th January 2010 @ 09:41:09 AM in AEST
Topic: insomniac

Wanting and waiting
To feel every part of you surround me
Until my breath ceases
And your kiss breathes new life into my lungs

Wanting and waiting
To feel your bare skin against mine
As silence is broken with breathing becoming heavier
As a sigh brushes my ear wanting ever more

Wanting and waiting
For eyes to become hazy as love and lust intertwine
And knees grow weak as two pulses become one
And destiny unfolds

2009

Hey there you are!
I hardly ever come here anymore, I am glad I stopped by for a second.
I love this poem and you can feel the need and want in each word. This write is different for you a different style but I like it.
I hope you are doing ok.
Hugs
Michelle
