These words inside of me
Oh how they want to be free
They rage around inside my head
All they want is to be said
It seems to be nothing bad
But the thought of saying them drives me mad
It would seem insane. it might be fine
But what if I'm wrong I mean I'm already out of my mind
So even if I have these words waiting to be free
These words they keep on escaping me
They're all inside my head
Just waiting to be said
What to say what to do.
What reaction would come from you
It might all be more then fine
But I've yet to free my voice and speak my mind
I suppose the words will come in time.
They're there, I know that much I suppose explaination is in order

Great poem. You did a great job expressing how challenging it is to release our feelings and words at times. Very effectively expressed.

I can relate. Interestingly, these words that you discuss are typically either words of love, or words of hate. |
