I've realized that I love you, more than words can say.
What was I doing pushing you away?
I saw the truth behind my self-taught lies-
Why would I ever love a disguise?
There is a comfort without the doubt
Because you are the one thing I know I couldn't live without.
Please stay strong, and I promise you:
I will do my best to stay strong for you too.
You're difficult and hard to read,
But babe, I don't want there to be anymore pain from me.
I've realized that I love you, and doll can't you see
That I'm fighting for your chance to prove you love me?

Straight from the heart, this is a really gorgeous poem, and I can see that you mean every word.
You got it right hun, that really IS what true love is all about, loving someone enough to let them go, no matter how much it hurts......
