My Mourning?....u know, the usual

My mourning?, heh, the usual. Woke up on the wrong side of life. Went downstairs to eat, so I grabbed a knife. Buttered up a slice of depression, an a small cup of repression. A bowl of sadness, along side a plate of madness. My drink? A watered down life on the brink. As the food slid down my meaty sink. I sat down to ponder, an think.
Later I get up, an audience of one. To bathe & scrub the thoughts of scum, only to towel off with a bottle of rum. My clothing?
Some tattered shirt and pants, sewn from self pity and incoherent rants.
Went outside to have a little fun, as i gazed and looked into the sun. Breathe an take in the warm air of nobody cares. walk the dirt and soil, even as my feet start to burn & boil.
Step by step, inches from death...... u know...... the usual.
