Ode to Musty

A vanishing bird takes flight
His tread no more is bleak
A twisted column of smoke rises
Struck from his ivory beak
A daunting fortress blocks my way
Green vibrance is my force
To tangle all the archers plight
An illuminate course
I see the failed vices
The cryptic hammer falls
On the sneaking spider
The hides within the walls
A line of snow white sunshine
Lies upon the glass
He smiles wtih my face at me
The hourglass dispells the past
The fleet of foot and fleet of heart
Battle for the ring
The band plays with blackened tones
As the jackle sings
I shelter the gentle breeze
From the harsh cold sand
Denying the path or destruction
That I hold within my hand
I see the futures secrets
Those ought not told
I know all the flavors
That my mind has sold
The deep blue ocean hears
The high rock mountains cry
The fire, the feather, the lion, the cannon
Is found in the seers eye
