As I sit this early morning,
Staring at my meds,
So awake I'm not even yawning,
I hate it in my head.
As normal, take my tablets,
Down my throat they go,
So normal now, it's habit,
Nobody round me knows.
How I feel each day or night,
How I feel so sad and ashamed,
How I take my pills to see the light,
To basically stay sane!!
You see, my friends, I cannot feel,
An emotion without freaking out,
I am so sorry that you have to deal,
With my tounge when I scream and shout.
I cannot keep my anger in,
Or let my sadness out,
But this I mean and here's the thing,
I love you all, no doubt

depression can come at anyone at anytime, you can't help the way you are just try your best depression has no boundaries,rich poor young old, just if you feel the need to seek more help the go for it,don't keep it to yourself,.what ever is on your mind tell your GP again if you feel the need.
you have no need to fell ashamed
