MY FAITHFUL COMPANION

Pain.......are you going to visit me today?
You laid with me last night,
held me so tight I barely slept
I'm too scared to turn over and see if you're still here
wrapped in all my covers, wearing my clothes
there is not a part of me you haven't touched
you have become my god
it's you I worship all day
and at night I give you my dignity
pain....are you going to visit me today?
of course you are
you are the only one who is always there
you never let me down
here you come right on time.

I really like this poem. Nicely written.
I can relate to this poem very easily.
Just a few spelling mistakes.

My favorite line(s) :
you are the only one who is always there
you never let me down
