I Caught The Plague

Today I caught the plague.
Its spreading rapidly through my veins,
leaving me in pain.I'm infected.
I need some answers before it's too late,
i'm not the only one who's got it.
I caught the plague thats leaving everyone scared.
It runs through me..this horrid disease.
Everything I know has disappered.
This plague makes my legs shake and my palms sweat.
There has to be another way.I don't want my life to end
in pain and agony.I caught the plague that's leaving me in shock.
I dont feel alive and my heart is going to stop its beating after all these years
of torment and tears.

not many, take on the plague
such a drastic menacing disease which is a sign
of a higher power cleansing the world
the reality of this poem is startling
and genuine,way to capture the moment
