Between the wind and the moon,
The ghosts of your past,
Float in and out of your mind.
Of something you’ve heard,
Of something you’ve said,
Of something you’ve left behind.
Once you were there,
And once you belonged,
And once you were part of the cast.
But, the wind and the moon,
And the ghosts of your past,
Have left you alone and in last.
