Topic: SadPoetry

Searching as you ever are look for new hope
seeking out a life you never seem to find
looking for someone to help your mind cope
for you sadness lingers on think life unkind

But for what you search you will never find
past life you can't change cards been dealt
if you search inside it's there in your mind
no one can change that past or how you felt

It eats at you and the bitter does show
only things you find just make you sad
dwells in you only to make you so low
searching for a past never that you had

That past you could burn set it free
let the burden go let it be itself
open your eyes afresh so you can see
search no more be tender on yourself

search all you want only you can change
