Topic: oops

The plague that spreads through my veins.
Falling behinde...every minute of the way.
I need some guidence, please. You just dont understand.
I try,but dont succeed.I'm a hopeless child it seems.
I can never impress you, even though I try..I'm failing every minute of my miserable so called life.

There's a lot of pressure on kids these days to be successful in school. I would offer this simple advice: think of things in terms of being happy. Find out what makes you happy and go for it. Sometimes there will be conflicts between 2 things that make you happy, like living up to your parents' expectations and spending your time doing other things (like writing a poem). If you think this way, you'll realize there's no point in getting down or depressed, and you'll be able to strike a balance that makes you a happier person. That's my 2 cents, anyway.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
