My head is abuzz, but I am calm outside
A misleading appearance to hide the storm inside
I feel so restless, yet I am standing still
Hoping and wishing and drawing on my will
I have been strong for far too long, curbing every whim
But now every nerve inside me aches to be with him
I know the facts haven't changed they remain the same
But each day my longing burns with a brighter flame
I am still clueless, we cannot be together just yet
Its hard to believe its been years since we last met
At times it gets too much and I cry
But I must be strong and I know why
I wake up each day knowing this deep in my heart
Each day away from you,is a day less that we are apart

Oh gosh .. I can't even begin to explain the gravity of emotion
that befalls me upon reading this. There is incredible familiarity
here. Wonderfully written and so damn emotive. Well done!
