It’s amazing what you can make yourself do...
No matter how scared you are
No matter what the outcome might be
No matter how wrong it is
...you can force yourself to do it.
But once you’ve done it there’s no taking it back
Just regret
And pray for forgiveness & protection
It’s amazing what you can make yourself do...
Your friends say:
No pressure, go ahead
Oh you’ll be fine
Just Do It
As if they don’t know the difference from
what’s right...
and what’s wrong
But the honest truth is They wouldn’t do it
Or they’ve done it already
And that’s why they pressure you
It’s amazing what you can make yourself do...
Sometimes you wont see what’s bad about it
Sometimes you know what’s bad about it
Sometimes you will never know what’s bad about it
But yet; how do we do it anyway? You might ask
Well...because we simply Make ourselves forget about the facts
It’s a rush, and at the moment seems thrilling
But when we wake up the next morning
Common since returns
“That was too risky” we might say
It’s amazing what we can make ourselves do...
What’s done is done
What’s in the past is in the past
What’s in the future is yet to come
