cinders of fire and light

Topic: InspirationalPoems

cinders of fire and light make a new day,

the sun smashes through the sky,

light pounds the ground, only the trees here the sound of love that we hear...

listen to it you will hear it all around you,

in the the air and in the light,

its it quiet and loud and quite beautiful,

rainbows thinking of gold...

thinking of folds in the sky,

does it lead to another dimension,a convention of light and fire,

flashes, clashes in the wake of light,

it was silent across the land ,but we could still hear the sound of love..

smashing through the warm eyes of the storm,

shadows of the waking light call to you...

dark flames in the sea call to me ,

crystal shadows of light...

the desert wind lives in the night,

the star kicks the sky,

lightning from dust and the destiny of flames are awake,

the wonder the sand love is the band that hold us tight...

i am walking through the mountain, i am swimming in the air,

i am flying in the sea...

we are are free, flames from the sky and water from the earth..

the power of the great blinding light,

the mountains pick you up and make you real..

my love is a mountain of rock, its an ocean inside a little river,

flames from the light, just the sight makes you see again ..

the taste of love...

sweet ,sweet sweat and honey ,the taste of passion on your lips

the taste of love shines above...

Very strong choice of descriptive words. I like that. No pussy footing in your choices. Good on ya.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
