I don't always treat you right
Yet you cover me with sweetness
You're still after me and I really can't believe it
I don't know why you're acting like you are

There's some other girl I know you're really into
Although you talk about her everyday
It's always me you're loving on the weekend

Tell me one thing that I did right
Just one detail that I don't know
Because I really need to know that one thing
That makes you want to like me

I've known you ever since I can remember
We first became friends the day of that September
The only catch was that I never knew you fell for me
It's not my idea but you kinda think we're meant to be

I want to know what I did right
