Internet love

She is not the type of girl that is easy to get.
She puts her words in order and I’ll never forget
The four hours we talked and I wanted just yet
To talk a little longer, but she said it was late
And hanged up the phone as I started to hate
The fact: I never met her, but I’m feeling this way
Like I want to spend with her every day…
We spoke about politics and she made me laugh
Like no other girl has; like I was never in love.
She opened up my mind with all the thoughts that she shared
And I realized - that I have never cared
-To talk to other girls about things that I felt…
Her voice –the sweetest sound- says my name and I melt
Like a snowflake… although, I’m a man
With her on the phone, I am losing my plan
-To be a tough one.
During the day when I am alone,
I fight myself hard not to pick up the phone
And dial her number… I know that I can’t
To be obsessed with someone whom I have never met
I know she is gorgeous and someday, I bet
I’ll meet her, and I’ll be thanking the Net.

This is really good. I too have had this same feeling before. It's one of the hardest things to deal with, or at least it was for me. Knowing someone so well and feeling such a strong connection to them, yet you've never met in person.
