I've been pushed down so many times in my life
I know full well that this time will be the last
Because, as I live now, heartbroken and fading
my thoughts are invaded by memories of my past
I feel the pressures of shame and rejection returning
And as I lay here on the floor of my life
I no longer have the strength to get up
I feel I'm just not worth it any more.
