LoveRemembered

It's spring.
I'm floating as the gentle breeze
caresses my face.
I giggle.
It feels just like your sweet embrace.
It's summer.
I soak up the sun.
I smile,
'Cause it feels just like our bodies melting into one.
It's autumn.
The sun faded away.
I have no shelter beneath this grey sky.
It feels just like when your cold, empty eyes
Are watching me.
It's winter.
The wind cracked my skin open,
Just like my heart broke into pieces
When you began to whisper to me:
Your goodbyes.
