Me Too

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

she sings a song,
one shes known for to long.
never thought i knew,
guess what, i lived through it too.
all the sneakin, lyin, and denyin,
no wonder why this girl is always cryin.
behind her pretty green eyes,
you can see that she really tries.
the days are easy, the days are fun,
but every sunlight comes to a done.
dusk nights grow weak,
come here, let me wipe that tear off your cheek.
how can one be so loving during the day,
but night sweeps and takes it away.
times can be tough,
thats no reason to start the puff.
they drink it away,
but one day,
she knows they'll pay.
pay by knowing
their daughters heart is no longer growing.
she's worried about their health
she wont continue to make wealth.
she'll be sitting by your side,
and you'll see how many times she's cried.
it'll be harder for her than you,
blaming herself for not mentioning your problem to you.
you can still stop now
but oh wow,
this girl is amazing,
but your to busy hazing
in and out,
enough to fill her will big doubt.
don't worry girl, i've got you,
i can help you too, only if you want me to.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
