I've Learnt It From You

I'm the number one liar,
The best in my own kind,
As I can make up a thousand lies,
A thousand lies to believe,
When you call me on my phone,
I may tell ya that I'm hangin' with my girls,
Though I know it's further from the truth.

I don't let it hide that I'm lyin',
And yes I know, that's not fair,
But what goes around comes around,
Cuz you're the one who made me like that,
I've learnt from ya how to lie,
And it's gettin more obvious,
That I bet you in that good,
But I must admit I've learnt it from you.

My lies is bringin' ya the heartbreak,
But let me tell ya, ain't'cha done the same?
Cuz nothin' of this might've never happened,
If you were true to me from the start,
But now I'm havin' a good time in another man's arms,
And don'tcha know, I'm better off when you ain't 'round,
So I'm just callin' ya back to say that I'm okay,
Without any explanation who I'm with or where I am,
I guess you taught me really good.

You never wonder about anything,
Just your judgin' look gives y'away,
It's like you're silently wonderin'
Are you still my boyfriend?
So what'd you expect for me to say,
To tell you the truth or to lie again,
Like you've done a million times before,
But maybe our life,
All our life - infinite self-deception.

I don't let it hide that I'm lyin',
And yes I know, that's not fair,
