Fires rage in those tawny storm-eyes
Scorching memories burnt brazen
From dreams long remembered left forgotten
Seared imprints from warehouse thoughts
Pacing lions in cages of everyday desires
As wishes course in blue from horizons
Dancing vacuous true-turns, stepping away
Threading my fantasies through his enigma
Secrets in sands from desert moons…
When he talks about lonesome footprints
On windy beaches and washed-in arcana
I stand solo waiting from his retreats
On palm-dreams again, from our rising oasis…
