peace as muse

Contributed by elle on Monday, 2nd November 2009 @ 05:35:12 PM in AEST
Topic: poets

grant me remedy. . .
without exception
without compromise
but not without withdrawal
from the pain inspired of life
distilled
into pools of moonglow
reflected
fragments of misconception

grant me notice. . .
the collage of struggle
beyond staggered window panes
transformed into stained-glass vis-a'-vis
as vapors unto vapors

& voice. . .
puffy pink clouds, wisping
that assume the shape of lips
antidoting lies
multiplied by truths
that disengage forever. . .

lift me higher
subdued with fragrant anticipation
eyelids trembling, fibers pulsing
every known particle wavering
into the organs
that co-exist with the sublime

morphemic distraction

enter the muse
whose eyes compile infinity
into an iris of cerulean & indigo base
bestowing
stroke & flow
stone & grind
plume & glistening doubt
sprinkled
upon the wind
resembling wing. . .
so that I may find my way

Goodness gracious; an exquisite masterpiece that actually had me saying words that I cannot type here. ... enter the muse is an understatement compared to what you can do with words!!!!

This piece indeed breathed beauty
I was completely in the words
from beginning to end
