Awaken

Topic: StoryPoetry

I stand in tha middle of a raging blizzard
No jacket, or sweater, yet I don't shiver
My eyes are focused on a demonic lizard
He tells me he has a message for me to deliver

Tha scene changes, I'm infront of a house
All dark and sadistic
Tha voodoo dolls hangin look ritualistic

Tha porch is leanin, and tha broken swing is swingin
Tha door hangs loose and creaks sounds like ghost's singin

There's lights on in tha house
A shadow in tha window seems to be lookin out

I step on tha porch and towards tha door
I can't seem to control my body no more
I don't know what for me is in store
My soul screamin' leave now or enter a world
Of horror and gore
Demons dwell in this world
And it's you they wish to explore

Tha door flies open, I'm faced to face with a horned demon
I must be dreamin

I turn to run, but hands grab me and I'm off my feet
My skin burns at this creatures raging heat
I'm dragged up a flight of stairs, my nostrils fill with tha smell of dead meat
It's sick but at tha same time sweet

Cuffs are placed on my wrists
Eyes pulled open to be a witness
To all the cancer cysts, that exist
I wish, that ignorance could be bliss
I turn in my chair and twist
But clawed hands turn my head so I can't resist

Tears of blood flow from my eyes
As I watch children die
I see their souls rise and fly
As their families fall and cry

My heart is ripped from my chest
Locked in a box, thrown in a desk
Told my soul can't rest
Till the earth passes it's test

My chair is flipped and I fall in pitch black
Land in a cellar break my back

Scream in pain as a demon
Grabs my legs drags me down the hall
My finger nails rip out as I grab at the walls

Tha demon laughs and rips my right eye out
Laughs louder as I scream and shout

In my eye socket, he places his own eye
Says I'm doomed to see tha hell on earth till I die

Now I'm all alone
Pain in my bones
I try to move, can only groan
But I have a strange feeling of being home
My hands slide along cold stone
As through my eye evil is shown

Flashes of violence and hurt
I see kids sleepin in dirt
See a rapist liftin his victims shirt

WHY!? I scream and thrash
Run to the wall to give my head a bash
I have another flash
A drunk causes a 5 car crash
A throat is slashed
A liquor store shot up for a hundred dollars cash

Suddenly a mist surrounds tha room
It fills my lungs covers me with gloom
When tha mist clears I'm in a tomb of doom

A demon sits on a throne
His eyes lookin like he wants to turn me to stone
He tells me I alone
Can free the world from the unknown
I must hit the world like a raging cyclone
Get them to atone
For tha things I will be shown
Have for far too long been condoned

He throws me a sword
Tells me to cut the vocal cords
Of thos who wish to make themselves lords
Go to tha ghettos and hoods and help restore
Stop innocent blood from being poured

A flash of light
I'm on my back in my room
My right eye still showing me tha worlds doom
I smile and laugh
Knowin what I gotta do
I gotta teach tha masses, spread tha news
So watch out if your heart is cold I'm comin for you
