Time passes fast
You get caught up
But I never thought something like this
Would cause such a rut
Everything was perfect
It was just me and you
All of the sudden one day
Everyone knew
Days were longer
Weeks seemed like years
I saw you less and less everyday
Only praying you were here
You’d come at lunch
I’d stop and stare
Looking back on those nights
Then I glanced again and you’re not there
The best moments of my life
It all became clear
My chances of looking into your eyes
Would soon disappear
I cry so much
Its seems unreal
Giving you everything I had
Everything I feel
I promised I’d never forget
I dreamed for this endeavor
Waiting for you on the roof
Knowing I’ll wait for you forever
