Your Ways

Contributed by psychodavis on Thursday, 22nd October 2009 @ 03:32:27 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Up all night
Up all day
Can't stop workin
Can't begin to play
How did it happen?
It's hard to say
We worry about bills
We keep stressin about pay
Kids pressured to get all A's
Always in class
Not touched by the sun's rays
And I'm the one whose strange
Called mentally derranged
Because I refuse to follow your ways
Say what you say
Let my individuality fade
It's as if your souls have been
Stabbed by a blade
Or your life's drowned by a tidal wave
Your all afraid
To come from your caves
Don't think and leap into the bay
And I'm the criminal?
Because your rules I don't obey
In your eyes, I don't behave
From the cradle to the grave
I refuse to be a slave
To you tirants on tirades
i am the revolution needed in this age
To engage, the one's who
Wish to keep us caged
I will come to the masses and enrage
The strange and brave
We'll pour out our outrage
On our battlefields, our stage
I will set a blaze
As I rampage
Fight through words spoken
Or written on a page
Whaver they do I will not be fazed
As I lead the revolt to pull our world out of this phase

So many blindly follow, it turns my insides to watch them herded like sheep by their masters.Your lines where like a wave of adreneline I was there-Morgues
