let go of the past,
when the past is all I have,
we cant change it, cant relive it,
future is not mine to see,
tomarrow is never promissed,
it just comes upon us.
whats left for me to be,
reflections of the past is what I always see.
how do i move on, sing a differant song,
the past is what moldded me.
How to move on when its all gone,
let go of the past they say,
without it I dont have me.
the furture is not mine to see,
where does this put me,
in the past life was good,
well sometimes not so good,
but its all part of me,
move on oh yes I will,
but my past i'll keep it still,
it's who I am, can you understand?
just me.

| Great Poem. It really speaks to you if you had a hard past. The good thing about hardtimes though is that they never last. You go through it an become stronger and raise yourself higher. |
