A mess and whiskey's bottle
Is all that left
From yesterday party,
Undone bed,
I guess we've got further
Than I thought we'd get last night,
Everything were pretty cool,
Don't be doubt about that,
But there won't be any continuation.
I never fall for another
Who I spend night with,
Never remember their names,
It doesn't matter, does it?
So what if something was,
Bed's not the reason for love.
Yeah, we were awesome together,
And you were in my top ten,
But there won't be any continuation,
The party's over.
At morning you will go away,
And I will forget your name,
Cos guys, they come and gone,
And that's the reason to move on,
Not staying for too long.
Maybe, I'll meet you someday,
Maybe, we even can repeat
The thing that happened yesterday,
And ships that pass in the night, babe.
