Let us drink

Let us drink

Tonight,

the wind is so tender,

now and then a magpie will call happily,

what a fine summer day!

The sky and earth are noiseless,

but the wind and water are singing.

Now,

the rain is facile and graceful,

and joggling the lotus flower dancing.

I look out through a crack in the curtains,

many people are peering through the rain,

and trying to find their right path,

an emerald green world in my eyes,

we are drinking and sitting very close.

The mountain after rain,

more clean and fresh,

We sit and listening,

with our heads tilted slightly to one side,

the sky and earth are more noiseless,

I feel my heart is as light as air.

Just look at it,

a fish is jumping up from water!

On our way home,

a myriad of twinkling lights everywhere,

looking up at the naughty stars,

I am playing a neat trick,

and tell you to look back......

The dreams and things yesterday,

passed away,

now I don't think of anything,

as if your cigarettes run out on our way.

Open our window,

turn on a song,

let the wind touch our body softly,

just so,

sitting and looking out of the window,

to stare at the moon,

let my lips to lock your tongue.

From watery day,

to an exciting night,

from simple smile in this morning,

to a volatile mood tonight,

I wonder why.....

Just so,

let us sit and listen,

to look out of the window,

or to call the wind to come to our room,

let us drink our love,

let us enjoy our wonderful time......

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
