Understand
I'm holding to yesterday.
Harboring yet
A now fated past
The life
The soul
Nothing ever lasts
A lie
Poor judgement
Call it what you may
False statements
Fabrications
Its what keeps me here today
Understand
My heart just can't let go

I really loved this poem. It is very well written and it is not quite like anything else I have read on this site.. Something makes it a bit unique but I can't put my finger on what.
