My Distant Love

I watch the world with binoculars for eyes,
Hearing the worlds laughs and hearing the worlds cries,
My windows bring me unique and picturesque views,
The passing people and blowing leaves are my muse,
My notepad records the worlds routine,
Every sight my lonely eyes have seen,
From lovers in hands to robots in cars,
All watched by a beast with curtains covering his scars,
The alarm clock rings and I scurry to the window,
I look out and see her beautiful face below,
The sight in my binoculars distorted with tears,
As my distant love passes whom i've been watching for all these years.

Your work is pretty good, i love the first opening sentence, impressive
IF this is a true poem and my interpretation is correct,
then i wish you good luck, because distant love is difficult. =)
ask her out ! |
