Sweet Nothings

LoveRemembered
|
Why does it take a boy
To become inspired by a muse?
It flitters on the breeze
With the same boring emotions to use.
I tire of silly love sonnets
While the world falls to hell.
And what could love really do?
Its just kindness with a spell.
I cast no one under the magic,
And drag no one on a sirens song;
So when I whisper sweet nothings
Youll know I felt nothing all along.
