selfstruggles

i rip the plastic off the biscuit box
quaff the rest of the whisky without rox
and i'm sure - i had someone by my side last night
the cookie's sweet but it's so dry
in the glass there is a fly
'n she asked me: have you heard of the knights that cried?
crunchy, crispy candy dream
some liquor for my self esteem
'n she mentioned something like if i mind being tied
so i love the ancient stuff
my vomit's an angel's cough
'n she wished me a very nice ride to the light
