Words Unspoken

Contributed by The_Phantom on Saturday, 26th September 2009 @ 11:41:53 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Was it some yesteryear, or a future near?
Where you and I took a place in time
Shared stories of love and forgotten heartbreak
that resurfaced, only to cut again

Tears of past pain and lives that were changed
We shared a touch, a kiss, a moment in time
Like a photograph memories unwind
Emotions speak and yet say nothing at all

Together in a dream, paths cross
Hearts mend but love is lost
Smiles seldom seen, the story of you and me
A journey between souls, the road unknown

Hearts cry to unforgiving skies
Baby blue, like the tears in our eyes
Silent streams, a vision of you and me
Gentle breeze, our souls set free

Hold me, as I hold you
Live for today, for tomorrow may never come
Share your love, don’t hold back
If I have you, I shall want for nothing again.

Forever Faithful
The Phantom

P, this is absolutely stunning! Your words are beautiful, my friend and the
intent of this piece just flows like honey. Thick and sweet. It's so
enormous. I ADORE the last verse. Such simple advice, it is a wonder
more do not heed it.

A gorgeous post. ^_^
