NEVER COMING BACK

The burden of youth is what leads to the garden gate,
The people said OK and as did they, we hate.
But they said it didn’t matter and that we were right,
There was no-one through the window
So it didn’t matter in the night.
When small people gathered in a swell of womb
All were perfect products and propinquity came soon.
Philosophy became a thing and a thing grew big
So big that it produced small things
That grew like little pigs.
RUMINATING, BADGER BAITING
TO THE END OF THE RAILROAD TRACK
CELEBRATING, CONTEMPLATING
NEVER COMING BACK
Happy in my isolation
A world lost in translation
People come and people go, whichever is their whim
Even they’re not satisfied
So they leave us on a limb.
