The grail, the game, the cowboy.
Boots inside a repentant prayer
Appealing to the benevolent
Seem of gold.
The withdrawal of mercy.
The gaoler has stolen my my name
And teaches the rats to
Gnaw at my feet in the night
They feed on the kernel of hope
Hidden in my internal vibrating engine
The dogs howl in my periphery
Their fangs pursue my dreams
Into the sea of bones and dust
Where time yields
To the fierce and deadly
Gaze of gravity
