Does it matter when I wake,
What drugs I take,
When I eat,
When I sleep?
The color of my hair, my eyes...
The texture of my skin, where a bird flys?
Does it matter how things work, or just that they work?
What name I have, the way I talk, walk, the price of my socks?
My age, the things I crave,
What takes place on stage, how much money I save?
Where I live, where I play,
What I give, how I use my day?
My friends, my intillectual level,
The new trends, the truth about the devil?
No... none of it matters, dont be flattered.
Contentment matters above all else by far,
Are you happy with who you are?

OMG!! Great poem - a real ponderer. I think the wonderful thing is that (hopefully) one day we will find someone who lives up very much and all of these little things will matter to them. Keep up the good work!!
