A New Day

Wrinkled cottons and somber solace.
Post gluttonous libations from the Savior's chalice.
Angelic mirage to shine in dawn's glow.
A Spring lily to bloom and to grow.
Rejuvenation skin. The waxing of the moon.
A butterfly's escape from out the cocoon.
Humility smiles with a gleam of the eye.
Kiss Persephone's cheek with a promise not to cry.
A soul's pith once weighted in woe.
Now soft as the dandelion pieces we blow.
Intentions...like a river to the sea doth succumb.
Choke firmly the reigns...carpe diem.

I like this and not because I can relate to waxing the moon, I just like it.
Thank you for an enjoyable read and [s17.photobucket.com] to YPDC
