hear me desert

i look at the mountains in the cool desert dusk
shades of deep blue and purple gold ascend on them
i close my eyes and feel the wind blowing on my face
eternities that was before me and eternities that will be
what is this existence that we live in?
why do we suffer so?
i open my eyes to the darkness of resignation
I will probably never figure it out
Oh, beautiful desert, take my heart as a sign of my sincerity!
I lay down in the desert, and pray that the wind will take me away

This is beautiful, I could see the color while reading this.
I used to live in the desert, it can awe a person at times can't it?
