He pulls her into him
she dances, dances for him
dresses for him, coughs for him
falls when he shoves,
bleeds when he cuts
diamond eyes
when you weren't looking, I took a pill
and laughed and cried
throat running and tasting of poison
I took a line, traced it against my skin
Let it go where it went
wondering,
whether it made a difference
and not feeling it if it did.
The mind runs, leaving thoughts incomplete, rapidly
I can't grasp, can't care
In this moment, I smile
the perfect drug
what do you expect of me?
To bend for you, while you
lie here and there
demanding the rhythmic rolling of my hips
an opening in a severed sky
your mind reduced to
Euphoria?

I can see many similarities with my own writing style in this, so I can appreciate it more. It was an immaculately woven, sensual piece which pushed all the right poetic buttons. Another fantastic write.
