This is the cub who wasn’t always a wild lion,
He was also once pious,
His dream wasn’t always to destroy,
He once used to love his toys,
He didn’t want to be the monster in a perfect fairytale,
He just longed to feel the warmth of his mother’s tail,
And this desire made his heart stale,
Searching for affection he went astray,
And now he’s too far down the wrong way.
This is the cub who wasn’t always a wild lion,
This is the cub who failed to brightly shine,
And be as divine , as divine as his brother Bryan,
Bryan who was smart and never wasted time,
Overshadowed the cub’s only ability to smile in the hardest of all times,
Never too good enough for Bryan,
He failed to become the happiness in his father’s life,
And also failed to please his father’s wife,
Enduring nothing but failure,
From his mother’s heart he slipped further and further,
And in his father’s sight he ranked lower and lower.
This is the cub who wasn’t always a wild lion,
This is the cub who wanted to grow,
To his parents he wanted to show,
That he had deserved their love like his brother, who in their eyes had shone,
No matter what he did or how hard he tried,
His mother always talked him in the same tone,
The tone harsher than when she spoke to Bryan on the phone,
So to himself he concluded, “Bryan wants me overthrown”.
This is the cub who wasn’t always a wild lion,
His wish to grow was granted,
But his wish to be loved was discarded,
He had nothing else left to try,
So with Bryan’s blood he decided to dye,
Dye his hands with a hateful crime,
His father, he cried,
To his neck a rope he tied, and ended his life,
To the loss of her only son and beloved husband, the cub’s mother cried,
She wished that before his birth she had him destroyed.
This is the cub who wasn’t always a wild lion,
His mother’s love, he failed to gain,
He discovered that all he had ever given her was pain,
His attempts, they went in vain,
She had always wished that to this world he never came,
And so the cub was untamed.
This is the wild lion who wishes to drown the world in pain.

Sad but I think I understand. To like or love others one must first love themselves ... it seems that forgiveness is needed here. That will be easy but forgetting will be hard ... I/'/m sorry for your pain. On the other hand ... if it is just a muse speaking, you heard it well. |
