The world holds some secrets
Some we'll never know
Some will be revealed to us
But only when we grow
What now may seem like darkness
Will soon be shown some light
But only if we ponder
Each and every night

Wonderfully thought provoking piece. Yes, truth does seem to come with age, it's true.
But there are some truths I would have just never been made privy too, you know?
Old age is a horrible price to pay for wisdom. Be careful what you ponder on ... :P
Excellent post!

I liked how it flowed. It was also profound and wise.
