To much time
To have thoughts in my mind
I don’t know what to do
I have to keep busy to keep from harming you
But action my lead to action
That caused by the thoughts just pure reaction
I can’t just sit in thought
I’d rather ROT
Thoughts of harming you
I think I could do it now
I have the why, where, and how
You ask what did you do
You are a child
Your actions are wild
You don’t seem to care
In your world you’re the only one there
No one else’s words matter
Your world will one day shatter
You will say something to the wrong person
They won’t want to let you go on and let you be
And just think that person might be me
You should hold your tongue
Silence your voice
Keep it to yourself
Leave me be
So these thoughts can leave me

kelly, this was quite powerful. There is pain, but strength;
suffocation but also release. That last verse is exceptional.
Excellent post!

Kelly,
this is fully charged with emotion and power.
I also relate right now so deeply to the subject matter in this write. It is so hard sometimes isn't it?
Well written poem again
Hugs
