People look at me in amaze.
That girl want learn to the grave.
What they don't see is tucked inside.
It wasn't a failure.
We both tried.
Didn't take the wrong path.
It just wasn't meant to last.
At least we don't have to wonder anymore.
Someone else has shut the door.
It's not what or how it turned.
The answer's in leason we learned.

Well, it took a while to get there, there's a couple of grammatical errors, but it said what it was intended to say at the end. I'll try another one. |

We've all been given our lessons. You actually learned something from it. A lot of people never do.
But there's another point you made when you wrote:
Didn't take the wrong path.
It just wasn't meant to last. Even fewer people will get it.
Being honest, with yourself and the person you're with, is the biggest part of any relationship and whether to end it or keep it going.
Good writing. Lesson learned. |
