Body Whispers

Contributed by ChenoaShiningwater on Thursday, 27th August 2009 @ 05:33:18 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Enveloped by the coolness, of these sheets I lie upon
I am open to your advances and my many fears have gone

For with you my inhibitions,fade away and disappear
To leave us all alone, in the comfort we have here

The smoothness of your lips pass across my face
Encouraging my wanton mouth to reach out for a taste

Searching in the candlelight,my lips and tongue rejoice
As they are guided by your breathing...loves' passive voice

The taste of just bathed skin,the scent of sandalwood
Heightens senses so much more,our desires understood

Beneath you,I am helpless,as I'm drawn into your eyes
For just a moment all stands still,so silently I sigh

I close my eyes for but a whisper,and lose myself once more
You drift through me like summer's breeze,and every season before

Filling me with your presence,giving life,painting within
I'm the reborn leaves,of gorgeous trees,the fragrant dance of spring

Because of you,I am beautiful,because of your belief in me
You give loving whispers new meaning,as you drift deeper...
deeply

~~~ An older one~~~
phew girl!! This was so sensually beautiful. Your write has the ability
to curl the toes and make one weak in the knees. Gosh between you
and shelby I'm going to have to take a dozen cold showers! lol
Absolutely flawless and with impeccable taste.
Painfully beautiful ~
Okay, first of all, when I first read this I felt I had to come back again and read it, then comment. Why? Because it blew me away, so I was slightly speechless.
(And then there's that cold shower thing) ;-)
Secondly, these are my favorite types of poems. Poems about sensuality, love, and oh yeah, that lust that is ooooooh some much heightened when that ol' lusty stuff is involved with true love.
So, again, with your mastery of the imagery, you have written the perfect poem in my opinion.
And this line? I'm the reborn leaves,of gorgeous trees,the fragrant dance of spring
One of, if not the best, the best lines I have ever read.
Thank you for a most enjoyable read.
Tim
