The fighters all around
all the lovers are on the ground,
seeking savouirs from distant stars
slaves to technology and flying cars.
Laser guns speak in a foriegn tongue
leaving fighters battle scarred by power,
Fortification fails when kissed by the gun
time is precious, wishes are left on an hour.
A red giant fiercely gazes,
whiles't punches transfer energy,
the sounds of comrads screams enrages,
yet revenge is too weak a remedy.
Natural sunlight burried in primative centuries,
This dark future built by explorers discoveries,
Curiosity of a limited fatal resource,
a flower blossoms and a petal falls.
Every breathe, hurts thier soul,
yet fighters smile masked by bravado,
encroaching themselves within dark power,
they become lost, tangled in a walls of this technological tower.
Lovers curiosity has left beautiful minds slain,
ghosts in the machines, seeking redemption,
re-writing a legacy of infinite sorrow and pain,
Fighters now abandon common sense, passing unwanted blame...
All the fighters are all around
and all the lovers are without a sound,
an economy has silenced hopes of saviours,
and technology is the catalyst to a destruction which awaits us.
Natural disasters cloud a endless battle field,
storming upon fighters greedy hearts, ,
Lovers flee into a beautiful tomorrow,
fighters now slain by the greed of sorrow.
