i thank those that saved the day
those that kept the judge from send'n you away
bcuz there was talk that you coulda faced atleast three hundred and sixty five
that's how many days you'd have been outta my sight
but do remember you woulda never left my mind
that's why I thought I'd take this time
and compose, just for you, a heartfelt rhyme...

some would say i'm grimey
those folk that once called me a traitor
but still these are people I hold by me
cuz at the end of the day they make it possible for you to be seen
but you and I coulda missed out on a lot
so for now i'll do what I must
and all just to see if time might just stop
cuz there are still some out here tryna move me far away from you
and that right there is something I hope never has a chance of come'n true...
